Enjoyed your articles about photo enforced red lights. Most often the white stop lines are drawn too far back to see approaching traffic, thus making a second stop necessary, indicting this is unfortunately a scam.

What should be really enforced is catching the many left-turners who are not even in the intersection and make left turns after their light has turned red. This situation has become more prevalent in recent years. You might consider doing an article on photo enforcing this situation which would be a true worthwhile cause versus the questionable law of photo enforced right turns.
