This position performs a variety of routine and complex administrative support services as assigned by the Building and Zoning Administrator. Must be able to handle a multitude of projects at the same time, and be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Attends Public Hearing. meetings, prepares and compiles agenda packets, takes and transcribes meeting minutes. The successful candidate must have the ability function in a team environment and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with the public.
