Rosales and Rosa I. Gomez to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2015A+, as assignee, which mortgage was recorded in the Lkae County Recorder's Office on September 23, 2005, as document no. 5863728, and for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the said Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 18 North County St., Waukegan, IL 60085, on or before the 16th day of October, 2017, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint.
