City of Batavia Legal Notice Invitation for Bid The City of Batavia, IL will accept sealed bids for the Area 3 Storm Sewer Separation - Phase 1 and Ward 1 Storm Sewer Improvements - Phase 1. The projects for which bids are to be received generally include storm sewer installation, storm structure installation with minor grading, watermain replacement, water service replacement, sanitary sewer repairs, curb removal and replacement & repair and restoration work. As of 1:00pm, Friday, February 16, 2018 the complete bid package may be obtained from the City of Batavia Engineering Division.
