LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The St. Charles Park District (Park District) intends to procure a qualified Consultant to provide programming, planning, concept design, preliminary cost estimating and opportunities for applications for the Pottawatomie Golf Course Shoreline Stabilization Professional Services (Project). Terms and Conditions of Request for Qualifications and Submittal Requirements, with attachments, are on file on our website at www.stcparks.org or by e-mail in PDF format by submitting a request to lrudow@stcparks.org. The Terms and Conditions of Request for Qualifications and Submittal Requirements, with attachments, will be available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 8:30 pm, beginning Friday June 26, 2017. The Request for Qualifications and Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Pottawatomie Golf Course Shoreline Stabilization Professional Services" to the Attention of Laura Rudow, Superintendent of Parks and Planning and must be received on or before 4:00 pm on July 14, 2017 at the Pottawatomie Community Center of the St. Charles Park District, 8 North Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174. No e-mail or fax submittals will be accepted. All firms providing a "Pottawatomie Golf Course Shoreline Stabilization Professional Services" must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, and must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. The Qualification Evaluation Process will be as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Request for Qualification. The selection of the successful firm(s) shall be at the District's discretion and shall be made pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/0.01, et seq.
