LEGAL NOTICE/PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by Lombard Helen Plum Memorial Library, hereinafter known as the Owner, for Renovations to the Main floor Youth Services Area of appx 2,375 square feet, and creation of a new Youth Services Staff Workroom on the 2nd floor, encompassing appx. 667 square feet. This project will be done in two Phases, with the Youth Services Workroom being first, and the renovations to the Main floor Youth Services Patron areas following that. The Start Date for construction of this project is October 27th, and completion of all work is by January 30th, 2015. Bids shall only be received from qualifying General Contractors, who submit the Contractor Qualification Form and Bid Sum Proposal Form with their Bid documents, and who attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2014 FALL TREE PLANTING PROGRAM VILLAGE OF BLOOMINGDALE 1.TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING BIDS Sealed proposals for the improvements described herein will be received at the office of the Village Clerk, 201 South Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, Illinois until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 2, 2014. The 100 acres of nursery stock are to be in a single site within the 100-mile radius to assure growing conditions similar to the climate in Bloomingdale.
