LEGAL NOTICE Itasca Park District 350 East Irving Park Road, Itasca, Illinois 60143 COUNTRY CLUB PARK / WASHINGTON PARK The Itasca Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Country Club Park / Washington Park. Two Bid Packages will be provided. Bid Package - 1 work will include ; removals, earthwork opera-tions, concrete curbs, concrete paving, play equipment installation, shelter installation, planting and seeding, and sub drainage. Bid Package - 2 will include artificial turf play surfacing. The successful bidder, as determined by the Itasca Park District, shall be required to pay, and to agree to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages, pursuant to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) for the locality of the Itasca Park District (DuPage County), to each laborer worker, or mechanic needed or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let. The success-ful contractor and all subcontractors shall be required to submit, to the Itasca Park District, certified payrolls no later than the tenth day of each calendar month for the immediately preceding month. The Itasca Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all pro-posals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Itasca Park District.
