BID NOTICE Schaumburg School District 54, is accepting sealed bids for 2015 Summer Moving work at three district locations. Move-outs will begin in mid-June. Move-in at all locations to be scheduled on various dates but to be completed August, 2015 as scheduled, and agreed upon, between district and vendor. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspections will take place on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at the Rafferty Administration Center, 524 East Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194. This meeting will be followed by site inspections. The company name registered at the sign-ins must be the same as the company submitting the bid. This will be the only time that the Bidders will be allowed access to the project sites. The pre-bid meeting and site inspections are established to prevent bidding errors due to misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the bid documents. Bids will be publicly opened at the Schaumburg School District 54 Rafferty Administration Center, 524 East Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194 at 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, March 5, 2015. BID NOTICE Sealed bids for Pirates Cove Gate House Exterior Improvements will be accepted at the Elk Grove Park Administration Building, 499 Biesterfield Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007, until 10:00am, Tuesday, March17th 2015, at which time bids will be publicly opened. The contract will be considered for award at the Thursday, March 26th 2015 meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners. This is a Prevailing Wage schedule Project and the contractor and all sub-contractors are to pay the prevailing wage for Cook County for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with all changes.
