NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids submitted in duplicate, in a sealed envelope with the words "DREWES PROPERTY CHANNEL STABILIZATION PROJECT" clearly marked on it, will be received by the City of Geneva, Illinois (here after known as the OWNER) until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the office of the City Administrator, 22 South First Street, Geneva, IL 60134, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
