City of Batavia Legal Notice Invitation for Bid The City of Batavia, IL will accept sealed bids for the 2015 Drainage Program. The program for which bids are to be received generally include a herbicide application, erosion maintenance, additional seeding, and conversion of a detention basin to a native planted basin.
